Dongyoung Kim

Dongyoung Kim is the Director of Operations and a Principal at ODA. He has been integral in helping ODA become one of the more notable firms in New York, overseeing the day to day operations and helping to structure the growth of the firm from a start-up to one recognized internationally. Prior to his involvement in operations, he oversaw ODA’s construction administration efforts at which time ODA was involved in over 3 million square feet of construction. Throughout the years, he has played critical roles in helping to realize a multitude of projects, such as 15 Union Square West, 51 Jay, Pier 6, and 420 Kent Avenue. Prior to ODA, Dongyoung was an architect at Perkins Eastman and earned his Professional Bachelors of Architecture from the Cooper Union learning under notable architects such as the late Raimund Abraham and Lebbeus Woods.
