Konrad Nieradka
Team Leader
Team Leader Konrad Nieradka joined the ODA team in 2021. Konrad earned a master’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning at the Silesian University of Technology in Poland, where he was influenced by Swiss and Scandinavian modernism. After receiving multiple nominations and awards for competitions and his thesis project Lubuska Vineyard, he worked in APA Wojciechowski focusing on high-end multi-family residential, large office and mixed-use buildings, and complexes like EC Powisle (Mies van Der Rohe Award 2022 Nomination, MIPIM 2021 Best Mixed-Use Development Winner), Warsaw Skyliner (Prime Property Prize 2021) and Port Praski (Top Builder 2018). Looking for ways to make the design process more efficient, he completed a post-graduate degree in Project Management at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
In 2016 Konrad relocated to the United Kingdom and worked in London for 5 years on a variety of public space, residential, HQ and commercial projects, most recently on the +10,000,000 SF Euston HS2 Station and Masterplan projects at Grimshaw. While in London, he continued his professional education at the Bartlett School of Architecture.
