Guillermo Murcia, AIA LEED AP

Project Director

With over 30 years of international experience, Guillermo designs a wide range of environments, including workplace, hospitality, residential, cultural, and master planning projects. His portfolio spans the Americas, Europe, and Asia, with notable work in Colombia, Czechia, Spain, South Korea, and the United States.

His architecture is both enduring and responsive to its setting’s cultural, environmental, and social fabric. Through his leadership, he emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and design excellence.

Prior to joining ODA, Guillermo held senior design roles at Meier Partners and HOK, where he led teams on large-scale projects. He holds a Master of Architecture from Pratt Institute, where he received the Sidney Katz Award for Design Excellence, and a Bachelor of Architecture from Universidad de Los Andes. He is an active member of AIA New York and the Colombian Society of Architects, as well as a LEED Accredited Professional. He has also lectured on sustainable urbanism and architectural design.

Guillermo’s interests in design and photography further deepen his understanding of space, light, and detail.
