We designed 2505 Broadway to recreate traditional upper west side family-living with state-of-the-art recreation facilities and modern comforts.
For a building of its size, it has an extensive amenity program to cater to all occupants- with specific spaces for children, youth and adults in addition to the flexible amenity space that can transform from a basketball court to a movie theater.
The Penthouse
The penthouse residence at 2505 Broadway offers views of the Hudson from the kitchen, dining room, and living spaces. Materials, such as high quality brass, stone and warm wooden tones create a connection between the historic Upper West Side definitions of luxury and contemporary tastes, resulting in a timelessly beautiful space.
Indoor Outdoor Living
Flying terrace arches harken to rooftops of Rosario Candela’s Architecture, creating intimate outdoor spaces.
Residences
The residences at 2505 Broadway relate back to the curvature found in historic floor plans and detailing. Hand-made, curved brick on the facade informs specific details in the interiors, such as the cabinetry and recessed elements.
