Brickell, often referred to as the Manhattan of Miami, is both the most densely populated neighborhood in the area and the most upscale. The interiors at 2200 Brickell emanate opulence, with every detail carefully curated for the highest quality experience.
Oak paneling guides residents from room to room, offering a warm contrast to the modern concrete and plaster backgrounds found throughout the building. The polished shared spaces are softened with a bespoke selection of furniture. The pieces are strong with character, resembling an eclectic collection of pieces that would be found in a private home.
In each of the 105 residences, ranging from 1 bedrooms to 4 bedroom Garden Villas, ODA prioritizes natural light in the bedrooms and living rooms, which are often connected by private outdoor spaces.
