The Office for Design and Architecture seeks Senior Project Architect with extensive experience, strength, and interest with a minimum of 7-10 years experience preferably in hospitality and/or high-rise residential design. Candidates should have strong detailing skills, experience in preparing construction documents and sourcing high-end FFE and finishes for large scale projects, and would be expected to work on high-profile hospitality and residential projects in New York City.
This position will require you lead a team from concept to completion. You will be required to express your ideas both visually and verbally. Responsibilities include: presentations, sketching, and preparing design drawing sets. Strong organizational skills as well as the ability to multi-task numerous projects and deadlines are also required.
